Hurricane Harvey has increased homelessness in Houston

Last August, Hurricane Harvey set records as the costliest hurricane in history as well as the wettest tropical cyclone ever in the United States. More than 30,000 people were displaced by the storm, many of whom are still struggling to recover in the storm's aftermath.
