In a landmark filing, on June 18th, DeWayne Johnson will become the first person to sue Monsanto for its alleged cover-up of the cancer-causing dangers of its herbicide products. Johnson, a father of three and resident of California, is dying from cancer, which he believes was caused by his exposure to Monsanto-produced chemicals in his work as a groundskeeper.
