The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has been trying to keep certain people out of a toxic chemical summit, according to reports. Reporters were barred from entry on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, representative Dan Kildee, a Democrat of Michigan who represents Flint, said on Twitter his staff wasn't allowed to attend the EPA's summit.
