Schmidt Hammer Lassen adds modern Scandinavian design to Detroit

Schmidt Hammer Lassen’s first project in the U.S. will dramatically modernize the look of downtown Detroit. Expected to break ground in early 2018, the Monroe Block project is a mixed-use development with shimmering glass towers.
