19 mayors, thousands of buildings, zero carbon emissions by 2030

A coalition formed by 19 mayors of major U.S. cities including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. have proposed a plan that will ensure all new buildings be net-zero carbon by 2030. The mayors are part of an extraordinary group of climate sustainable cities pledged to climate action known as the C40.
