The sun produces energy through nuclear fusion, and scientists around the world are attempting to mimic that process in fusion reactors. But United Kingdom-based Tokamak Energy aims to speed up the progress with mini reactors, or tokamaks. Their small tokamaks allow them to test ideas quicker than other laboratories can, and they're hoping to provide fusion energy to the public as soon as 2030.
