Dubai firm wants to tow icebergs from Antarctica for fresh water

As global temperatures increase due to global warming, ice caps and glaciers continue to melt at an increasing pace. While this reality disturbs some, it is being regarded as positive news by the National Advisor Bureau Limited, based in Dubai, India.
