We've built cities that do us harm, according to Netherlands designer Daan Roosegaarde. Along with his team at Studio Roosegaarde, he's tackling the pollution we've generated in our metropolises with design. His Smog Free Project is currently touring China - their most recent stop is Tianjin - and Inhabitat spoke with Roosegaarde about the project and how design can help us create cleaner, more beautiful cities.
