Satellites could soon offer colorful new high-definition video and images of our Earth from space. Earth-i, a British New Space company, confirmed its prototype satellite CARBONITE-2 launched successfully. It's a test version of a commercial satellite constellation, the Vivid-i, that the company said will be the "world's first full-color, full-motion video satellite constellation." Related:
