Researchers from the University of Bristol are taking us into the future with a new discovery that could mean human levitation without the use of magnets. Magnetic levitation can't manage liquids, but this powerful new technology uses tractor beams to stably trap even liquid or large objects - like a human being - and levitate them in mid-air. It's like something straight out of a science fiction movie.
