Beer with biodegradable six-pack rings finally hits the market

SaltWater Brewery in South Florida is the first brewery to test biodegradable six-pack rings designed by start-up E6PR. Named for an acronym that embodies its headlining product ("Eco Six-Pack Ring"), E6PR has designed a six-pack can holder, appropriately made from wheat and barley, that can be composted and is not harmful to aquatic life if swallowed.
