In the market for a private island? One off the coast of Shetland in Great Britain is on sale for £250,000, around $352,987.50, and according to Curbed, hasn't had human inhabitants since 1934. The island is around 63.75 acres, and per Vladi Private Islands, the company selling the property, planning consent includes "a windmill and solar panels for power."
