New NASA discovery hints at water elsewhere in the solar system

The presence of water on Earth used to be an item on the list of all the features that set our planet apart from others. But water keeps popping up elsewhere in space - and scientists recently uncovered evidence for water on Vesta, the second biggest body in the asteroid belt between Jupiter and Mars.
