First newly-developed chocolate in 80 years is made from Ruby cocoa beans

Chocolate aficionados, rejoice! There’s a new version of your favorite velvety treat, and it’s ruby red in color. Made from the Ruby cocoa bean, the newly-invented variety of chocolate is the first to be developed in 80 years — since white chocolate was introduced to the world.
