Birds that escape from captivity teach wild birds how to speak (and swear) in English

In certain regions in Australia, if you listen hard enough, you may hear a variety of nonsensical conversations in the treetops. The voices don’t belong to a mysterious, hidden tribe, however. Rather, they are from escaped pet birds, namely parrots and cockatoos.
