India to ban driverless cars to protect citizens jobs

Though the Boston Consulting Group predicts that by 2030, a minimum of 25 percent of American citizens will transit via self-driving vehicles, few will be commuting in similar fashion in India. This is because India’s transport and highways minister, Nitin Gadkari, announced today that self-driving cars will not be allowed in the country.
