Michael Bloomberg pledges $4.5 million to fund the Paris climate agreement

Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has pledged to personally cover the bill for the United States, offering to pay  the $4.5 million that the US is obligated to contribute as part of the Paris Climate Agreement.
