Governor Cuomo announces a bill to ban single-use plastic bags in New York state

10 cities and towns in New York have already put plastic bag bans in place. Now the state could follow. Governor Andrew Cuomo just introduced a bill to ban single-use plastic bags in the state, where people use 23 million billion of the bags a year. Could New York be the next state to ban plastic bags?
