"This is unprecedented": Irish Minister of State for Flood Relief on tropical storm Ophelia

When you hear the word 'hurricane,' you probably don't think about the United Kingdom...but an ex-hurricane is about to hit Ireland. Tropical Storm Ophelia is on a path towards the country, with warnings of high seas, power outages, and hazardous conditions.
