Environmentalists say President Donald Trump's administration has declared war on West Coast marine animals after an announcement this week from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. They canceled proposed limits on the amount of sea turtles, whales, and dolphins that can be hurt or killed by gill nets used in fishing. NOAA says the problem has already been addressed, but environmentalists say endangered species are still under threat. Related:
