Forgotten ancient city recently found in Ethiopia offers new insight into country's history

Research in Ethiopia has largely centered around early humans, without much attention paid to ancient Islamic sites. But now new findings from the University of Exeter go deeper into the country's rich history to reveal thriving international trade between the 10th and early 15th centuries. Legends surrounding the forgotten city recently unearthed whisper it was once the home of giants.
