Donald Trump's campaign slogan "Make America Great Again" has become infamous - casually writing off the other 7.2 billion or so people on the planet. But recently elected French president Emmanuel Macron is calling on Earth's inhabitants to Make the Planet Great Again - and he got together with Trump foe Arnold Schwarzenegger to throw a little shade at America's president.
