Federal court rules Trump's Dakota Access Pipeline approval violated the law

Injustice has been a common theme of the Standing Rock Sioux's battle against the Dakota Access Pipeline, as they faced arrests, eviction at gunpoint, and tear gas. But the tribe said this week they just won a 'significant victory' in court. A federal judge said the United States Army Corps of Engineers did not conduct an adequate study of the environmental risks associated with the oil pipeline. Related:
