Utility giant aims to build America's biggest wind farm paid for by customers

One of the United States' biggest utility companies, American Electric Power, aims to build a 2,000 megawatt wind farm, the Wind Catcher Energy Connection project — and they want consumers to pay for it, Bloomberg reported.
