Turtle hatchlings spotted on Mumbai beach for the first time in nearly 20 years

Plastic used to pile five feet high in some spots on Versova beach in Mumbai, but in 2015, lawyer Afroz Shah launched what the United Nations described as the "world's largest beach cleanup project" — and people recently spotted Olive Ridley turtle hatchlings there. It's the first time turtles have been born on this beach in years.
