Century-old Japanese townhouse reborn as Blue Bottle Coffees first Kyoto location

Japanese architecture firm Schemata Architects has unveiled Bay Area-born Blue Bottle Coffee’s first outpost in Kyoto housed in an artfully renovated century-old building.
