Plant-based water filtration system works like a small Amazon rainforest

Too often, we take water for granted. Civilizations have risen and fallen after exploiting water sources, according to Royal College of Art graduate student Pratik Ghosh. He designed Drop by Drop, a plant-based water filtration system that explores a new way of obtaining water. The system can grow herbs while cleansing kitchen wastewater. Related:
