SolarFest

Five-time Grammy Nominee Marcia Ball and her band will be rocking SolarFest with her soulful combination of boogie and blues, headlining on Saturday night, July 16th, at its new location at the Southern Vermont Arts Center in Manchester.
Mike Bailey, SolarFest Trustee said, “What a good time to have Marcia’s smart songwriting and powerful party tunes on her only Vermont performance this summer, as we gather to share ideas and innovations while surrounded by beauty and art on Mt. Equinox.”
SolarFest will be held on July 15th & 16th, 2016 at the beautiful campus of the Southern Vermont Arts Center in Manchester, Vermont, situated amid over one-hundred acres of pristine forest in the heart of the Green Mountains, but located within a four-hour drive of Boston, Montreal, and New York City.
This two-day gathering of ideas and innovations begins the third decade of SolarFest’s solar-powered festival of energy education through the arts. Surrounded by the beautiful art on Mt. Equinox, SolarFest combines wide-ranging workshops, thought-provoking speakers, and the latest innovative technologies with top quality musical performers, including a singer-songwriter competition, along with Theater-in-the-Woods and many other family-friendly activities.
