'Kinetic' rooftop garden uses pallets and plants to create the illusion of movement

The Kinetic Garden is located in the heart of Brera district in Milan. Piuarch used pallets to create triangular flower beds and flooring containing four plant species- two varieties of salad in red and green colors and two pansy in orange and blue. The plants are arranged in repetitive straight lines, defining strips of color that create an interesting chromatic effect.
