New French president Emmanuel Macron aims to make his country carbon neutral by 2050. To that aim, France's new environment minister Nicolas Hulot just unveiled several measures to work for that goal. Perhaps one of the most dramatic is to totally ban all vehicles that run on diesel and petrol by 2040. Related:
