The affordable, carbon-positive CORE 9 house generates more energy than it uses

With its CORE 9 home project, architecture firm Beaumont Concepts aims to redefine how affordable sustainable housing is designed and built. The compact, low-maintenance house can be adapted for energy ratings from 6 to 10-star to suit a range of budgets.
