Just weeks after this year's March for Science, it seems like Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administrator Scott Pruitt is taking a shot at science — "secret science," in his words. Pruitt recently proposed a rule that would limit the kinds of research the agency could draw on in crafting regulations.
