Trash isn't just a problem on our planet, but in space as well, where broken hardware and spacecrafts now circle Earth. But the Surrey Space Center and partners aim to tackle the issue, and they just got a boost from SpaceX. Their RemoveDEBRIS technology demonstrator hitched a ride to the International Space Station aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, and liftoff yesterday afternoon was successful. Related:
