Scientists around the world are exploring whether geoengineering may be a viable solution to climate change. Researchers at Harvard University are studying what they've called the “stratospheric controlled perturbation effect” thanks to the launch of an observation balloon over ten miles into the air in order to study controlled sprays of water molecules and their effect on cloud cover reflectivity.
