Wildlife experts are worried over illicit trade in jaguars that appears to be growing. Crackdowns on the use of tigers for Chinese traditional medicine could be increasing the market for jaguars, according to a news article from the journal Nature. They pointed to recent killings — such as a dead jaguar discovered in a drainage canal in Belize mostly intact, but missing its fangs. Related:
