President Donald Trump touts the jobs coming from coal, but doesn't make as much mention of its negative health effects for workers and those who live nearby. The Moapa Band of Paiutes knows all about those health effects. They lived near a coal plant, and after years of campaigning finally saw it close right as they began to develop the first utility-scale solar plant ever erected on tribal land.
