LA's Westside celebrates its first new Metro rail line in 60 years

Traffic, smog, and congestion have choked Los Angeles' Westside for over 60 years. The city notorious for its abysmally jammed freeways has finally taken a step towards clearer roads and cleaner skies with a Metro light rail extension connecting the highly-trafficked areas of downtown to Santa Monica.
