With the United States still reeling after Tropical Storm Harvey, Hurricane Irma is on its way. It's been upgraded to a Category 5 storm, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) described Irma as potentially catastrophic. The hurricane winds are whirling at 180 miles per hour, and NOAA said there's an increasing chance Florida could see impacts from the hurricane. Related:
