Giant sequoia skyscrapers designed to keep rotted trees standing

Modernization has harmed magnificent giant sequoia trees: climate change has diminished their lifespan, according to four designers in South Korea. They drew up a skyscraper, called Tribute: The Monument of a Giant, that would be tucked inside hollowed-out tree trunks, and help keep trees whose heartwood had rotten from crashing down.
