While the Cadillac ELR plug-in hybrid may have not been the sales success that Cadillac was hoping for, Cadillac is hoping new green car strategy will make a bigger impact. Rather than produce a standalone plug-in hybrid, Cadillac will release plug-in hybrid versions of its regular lineup, starting with the new CT6 flagship.
