Environmentalists want to sculpt an Arctic ice 'Trumpmore' to show climate change is real

Amazing plant pods can grow more lettuce in a 1010 room than a farm can grow on 1/2 acre

Live in a teeny apartment but would love to grow your own food? Say no more — Aggressively Organic's got it covered. The Indiana-based company offers Micro Growth Chamber Systems enabling you to grow more lettuce in a room 10 feet by 10 feet than could be grown on an organic farm sprawling half an acre. California governor Jerry Brown said in a news conference, "This is about health, it's about life and death. I'm going to fight it with everything I can." Related:

This foldable, solar-powered skyscraper provides instant shelter in disaster zones

Skyshelter.zip is a mobile skyscraper that can be folded and transported to natural disaster zones. Polish designers Damian Granosik, Jakub Kulisa and Piotr PaƄczyk envisioned the design as a compact multi-purpose hub that can be deployed using minimal manpower in a minimum amount of time. Damages during transportation of infrastructure or remote localization can make it extremely difficult to respond efficiently to disaster emergencies. The designers tried to address this issue by proposing...
