You know microbeads are terrible for the planet, but have you ever considered the environmental impact of glitter? The ubiquitous party supply is made up of tiny plastic particles, and are every bit as bad as microbeads, which have been banned in many places across the world. Now, scientists say that it's time to ban the glittery stuff as well.
